About Me

Kaeleigh Wilhelm

RN, BSN, IBCLC, PD
Postpartum Doula (DONA International)

My name is Kaeleigh, and I am passionate about supporting growing families, especially mothers and babies. I am a military wife, a mother of four, a Registered Nurse with 18 years of experience in mother–baby care, and a lactation consultant for the past eight years.

As a military family, we moved eleven times. With each birth in a different state, far from family support, I experienced firsthand the need for knowledgeable and compassionate postpartum care. Whether you have a strong support system or are navigating this season on your own, an experienced postpartum doula can make a meaningful difference in creating a calm, confident, and joyful transition into life with your baby, whether it’s your first child or your twelfth.

While spending my nursing career caring for families during their hospital stay, I discovered a family need for support that extends beyond those first few days. Supporting and empowering mothers, newborns, and families in their homes during the tender weeks after birth is where I feel most fulfilled. I pride myself on listening closely to each family’s unique needs and offering practical, thoughtful support tailored to your situation. It would truly be a privilege to walk alongside you during this special time.
